Sixteen residential real estate sales were recorded during the period from October 31 to November 4 in Key Biscayne and Brickell, several of which have been on the market since June.

Residential properties in Key Biscayne are now on average 124 days on the market before being sold. Brickell real estate sales move faster with a median of 74 days on the market.
